Exquisite pasta to enjoy at family gatherings because it is versatile and easy to prepare. It is great for kids and adults, as well as being ideal for accompanying white meats. By itself it is a complete and nutritious dish.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 2 packages spaghetti, The Modern 220 gc / u
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 bars butter, 45 g
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, green cut in julienne
  • 1/2 red bell peppers, cut in julienne
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, yellow cut in julienne
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, orange cut in julienne
  • 250 grams leg ham, diced
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 glasses white wine
  • salt, the needed
  • 250 grams manchego cheese, grated

Preparation

Cook pasta "La Moderna" al dente. (Reserve)
Heat the olive oil, add the butter and lower the heat.
Add the chopped garlic , move. Brown it just a little.
Add the peppers and ham over the garlic.
Add the parsley.
Incorporate white wine little by little. Remove from the fire. Check the salt.
Mix with very gentle movements with the spaghuetti and arrange in a refractory. Add the cheese on top and cover. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Serve hot. Can accompany a breast, fish or grilled shrimp. For lovers of spicy can add a few drops of salsa macha (dry chili toasted and ground stirred with olive oil)

TIPS

You can empty it in a bowl or thick pan and cover it to finish the cooking over the flame of the stove over low heat. If the four varieties of red pepper are not available, the quantity can be substituted for only one or two varieties.
