One of my favorite recipes because it is very easy to make, the Spanish chorizo ​​gives it an exquisite flavor. It always makes me look good and the best thing is that the ingredients are very simple.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 packages Noodle
  • 300 grams ground beef
  • 420 grams mashed tomatoes
  • 100 grams Spanish chorizo sausage
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons Dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • ground black peppers
  • aged cheeses, grated
  • 1/4 cups Red wine
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

For the meat sauce, heat the oil over medium heat in a saucepan. Onion and garlic are sautéed until the onion is transparent.
Add the ground meat and cook until cooked, then add the tomato puree, wine, oregano and thyme. Turn the heat down and let it boil over low heat until the sauce is very thick, and add salt and ground black pepper to taste.
The pasta is cooked "al dente" in boiling water with a little salt, once cooked it drains well.
The pasta is served hot and then the meat sauce is added. Aged cheese or cotija cheese is added.

PRESENTATION

The pasta is served in individual dishes and on it the meat sauce and cheese. Accompany it with a glass of red wine.

TIPS

The pasta is cooked while we prepare the meat sauce so that when it is served it is very hot. The pasta can also be spaghetti. Red wine can be replaced by water. The aged cheese is optional since it can also be parmesan.
