One of my favorite recipes because it is very easy to make, the Spanish chorizo gives it an exquisite flavor. It always makes me look good and the best thing is that the ingredients are very simple.

Preparation
For the meat sauce, heat the oil over medium heat in a saucepan. Onion and garlic are sautéed until the onion is transparent.
Add the ground meat and cook until cooked, then add the tomato puree, wine, oregano and thyme. Turn the heat down and let it boil over low heat until the sauce is very thick, and add salt and ground black pepper to taste.
The pasta is cooked "al dente" in boiling water with a little salt, once cooked it drains well.
The pasta is served hot and then the meat sauce is added. Aged cheese or cotija cheese is added.
