Tagliatelle with Pineapple and Mushroom

Delicious pasta with pineapple and fine herbs ideal to enjoy alone or accompanied, simple and quick for any day of the week.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 400 grams Noodle
  • 4 slices pineapple
  • 1/2 kilos shrimp
  • olive oils
  • 1 egg
  • 30 grams flour
  • parsley
  • pilgrims
  • 1 leave bay (laurel)
  • 1 branch thyme
  • black pepper
  • 1/2 cups mushroom

Preparation

The pasta is cooked with plenty of water, a splash of oil and salt.
Preheat a frying pan with oil. Cut the pineapple into cubes, pass them through the flour and egg and fry them a little, remove them and reserve. In that same cold pan shrimp and mushrooms, let the juice of them evaporate, place rosemary, bay leaf, thyme, salt and pepper, turn off the heat and cover.
When the pasta is cooked, place it in a platter with pineapple and shrimp, spices and mushrooms. A little more olive oil is added and the finely chopped parsley is added and served.

PRESENTATION

To decorate the platon and give it a little more color you can place fresh rosemary on top or small pieces of sweet pepper.

TIPS

The parsley can be substituted for soy sauce and it can be accompanied with croutons if desired.
