Preparation
The pasta is cooked with plenty of water, a splash of oil and salt.
Preheat a frying pan with oil. Cut the pineapple into cubes, pass them through the flour and egg and fry them a little, remove them and reserve. In that same cold pan shrimp and mushrooms, let the juice of them evaporate, place rosemary, bay leaf, thyme, salt and pepper, turn off the heat and cover.
When the pasta is cooked, place it in a platter with pineapple and shrimp, spices and mushrooms. A little more olive oil is added and the finely chopped parsley is added and served.
