Delicious recipe for pasta in tubes with a creamy sauce of tomato, cream and chopped bacon. Very easy to prepare. You're going to love this pasta with vodka.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2/3 cups vodka
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup mashed tomatoes
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, (optional)
  • 1/2 cups onion, chopped
  • 2 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 pinch pepperoncino Italian crushed red pepper, (crushed red pepper in English)

Preparation

Put the peperoncino with the vodka.
Boil water with salt and when you let it boil, put a pack of penne until it is al dente.
Separately, melt the butter, add onion and bacon until it begins to brown. Add the tomato puree, salt and pepper and finally the vodka. Boil until the alcohol evaporates and tastes good.
Add the cream to the sauce and check if it lacks salt. Boil 5 minutes more and serve over pasta.
