Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 red apple, peeled and cubed
  • 1 golden apple, peeled and cubed
  • 2 apples, granny smith, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup turkey ham, in small cubes
  • 1 cup raisin, gueras
  • 1 lemon, the juice
  • 2 tablespoons bee honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon table salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper powder

Preparation

Mix the apples and place them in a bowl, add the celery, ham, raisins, lemon juice.
Mix perfectly and add honey, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Mix everything well and serve cold on lettuce leaves or jelly cups.

TIPS

You can use banana leaves to serve.
