Ingredients: 3 red apples, and/or green cut into slices or squares; 1/2 cups walnuts, chopped; frisee lettuce, in pieces; 1/2 cups dried cherry; 1 tablespoon honey; 2 tablespoons shallot, chopped; 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar; 3 tablespoons olive oil; 1/4 cups goat cheese, crumbled; pepper, to taste

In a small deep bowl, mix the olive oil, vinegar, shallots, and honey. Season with salt and pepper. In a large deep bowl, mix the lettuce with the apple. Add the cherries and the vinaigrette and mix well. Serve
