This salad is delicious and fresh for lovers of meat. It is the ideal dish recipe for any day.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups Spring mix lettuce, Orejona, Lisa, Sangría and Rizada
  • 280 grams flank steak
  • to taste fresh coriander
  • 1/2 cups alfalfa sprouts
  • 1/4 red onions
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch black sesame seed
  • 1 cup croutons, Flavor Garlic / Sour Cream
  • 1/2 avocados
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 1 package torini pasta, La Moderna®

Preparation

Wash and disinfect all lettuce leaves, alfalfa germ and coriander.
We put our flank steak in a Teflon pan. Here the term of the flesh depends on the taste, we leave it term 3/4.
Drain our leaves of lettuce and alfalfa germ. Place in a bowl and add the sliced ​​onion along with the avocado.
To prepare the dressing, we place our jalapeño pepper without seeds or veins in the blender (food processor), with lemon juice, cilantro and mayonnaise. It is ground until it is a creamy consistency.
Serve on a plate a mixed bowl of lettuce and put the flank steak in pieces, sprinkle black sesame, cooked pasta and garnish with the dressing of cilantro and Jalapeño.
To finish we place croutons to taste.

PRESENTATION

It can be served over small bowls as a light entry.

TIPS

They can substitute arrachera for some other meat of their preference.
