Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 avocados, or avocado
  • 1/2 carrots
  • 1/2 potatoes
  • 1 can tuna
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Place the potato in a pot and cook until smooth. In another pot, place the egg and cook for a few minutes until it is perfectly cooked.
Grate the carrot.
Cut the egg and the potato into small cubes.
In a bowl place the tuna, mayonnaise, vegetables, egg and mix.
Cut the avocados in half and fill with the salad.

PRESENTATION

Place the avocados on 2 lettuce leaves.
