A delicious shrimp salad served in an avocado. This salad will be everyone's favorite at home. It is a perfect recipe for the hot season because it is very fresh. The creamy shrimp salad makes a very good game with this incredible fruit full of benefits for the body. It is a simple but delicious food that you will love.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 grams of shrimp medium cooked
  • 4 pieces of Avocado from Mexico
  • 2 branches of celery
  • 1 Cup of green lettuce
  • 1/2 Cup of Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of chipotle chile pepper
  • 2 pieces of green lemon
  • 1/4 of Cup of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 teaspoonful of black pepper

    Preparation

    First the shrimp are peeled, washed and cleaned and placed in a bowl.
    Chop celery and lettuce and add to the bowl with the shrimp.
    The juice of the 2 lemons is squeezed and mixed with the olive oil, salt and pepper and added to the bowl of the shrimp. Everything is very well mixed.
    Two avocados are cut into cubes and these are added to the bowl of the shrimp. The other two avocados are cut in half and the skin is removed. Soak in a little water with lemon to prevent them from wilting.
    Fill the 4 halves with the shrimp salad and place them on a single plate each.
    Finally, in another bowl mix mayonnaise and chipotle and place a spoonful on each avocado.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the avocados on individual plates, they have a very nice presentation.

    TIPS

    The lemon or citric acid helps the avocado maintain its green color and not wilt.

    la receta esta perfecte No tiane nada de malo todo esta perfecto pero yo le pongo cilantro en lugar de lechuga,tambien se puede cambiar la mayonesa por crema pura.
