This is a simple salad very rich and easy to make. The taste of trout and the combination of blueberries make even the most demanding palate bow down to these simple but very pleasant flavors.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 170 grams of arugula
  • 120 grams of trout smoked, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups of blueberry fresh
  • 6 spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 spoonfuls of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of Mint leaf chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1/4 of tablespoon of black pepper milled

    Preparation

    In a bowl combine arugula, trout and blueberries.
    In a cup, mix the oil, vinegar, mint and pepper.
    Divide the salad into four plates and sprinkle each with the dressing.
