Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 broccoli
  • 2 jicama
  • 2 lemons
  • 1/3 cups olive oil
  • to taste salt, to taste

Preparation

The broccoli is disinfected and finely chopped.
Then the jicama is washed, peeled and finely chopped.
Afterwards, stir in a salad bowl, place the lemon juice, the olive oil and the salt to taste. All the ingredients are stirred.
