Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 broccoli
  • 2 jicamas
  • 2 limes
  • 1/3 cups olive oil
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

The broccoli is disinfected and finely chopped.
The jicama is then washed, peeled and finely chopped.
Subsequently, it is stirred in a salad bowl, the lemon juice, olive oil and salt are added to taste, all the ingredients are stirred.
Let it rest for 20 minutes.

This rich salad can be accompanied by a rich salmon.
