Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 1/2 kilos chicken breast
  • 1 green bell pepper, big
  • 1 can red bell pepper
  • 2 stems celery
  • 1 can pitted olive, girl
  • 1 boat mayonnaise, medium

Preparation

Cook the chicken breast and shred it.
Finely chop the celery, peppers and olives. Once cooked the breasts integrate them to these ingredients, mix the mayonnaise.
Accompany them with ritz cookies or the one of your preference.

PRESENTATION

Place a purple cabbage leaf and put a little salad. It is ideal for a snack.
