This chicken salad recipe is a perfect dish to take to work as lunch.   • 500 grams chicken breast, whole and clean
  • 1 cup orange juice, to marinate the chicken
  • 1/2 cups pineapple syrup, to marinate the chicken
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce, to marinate the chicken
  • 2 tablespoons English sauce, to marinate the chicken
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped to marinate the chicken
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated to marinate the chicken
  • 2 tablespoons chili flake, to marinate the chicken
  • to taste salt, to marinate the chicken
  • to taste black pepper, to marinate the chicken
  • enough olive oil, to grill
  • 1 cup Pineapple in syrup, in slices
  • 2 cups lettuce
  • 1/2 cups red onion, in strips
  • 1/2 cups cherry tomato, in halves
  • 1/2 cups avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cups coriander leaf
  • 1/2 cups roasted peanuts

Preparation

Bathe the chicken with orange juice, pineapple syrup, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, ginger and chili powder; Season with salt and pepper. Marina for 30 minutes.
Grill the chicken and pineapples on both sides.
Cut the chicken into slices and pineapple into small portions.
Serve lettuce, purple onion, grilled pineapple, cherry tomato, avocado, chicken, coriander leaves and peanuts. Accompany with olive oil.

TIPS

To make sure that the chicken is well cooked inside, you can cook it for 2 minutes, well covered in microwave, although cooking under low heat will suffice.
