Salad with pomegranate, chicken, and walnut

We know that salads are not always very appealing dishes, as they often only use lettuce and dressings without much flavor, but this is not the case for this version, as it is accompanied by a delicious homemade vinaigrette and a mix of ingredients that combine perfectly.

We added a touch of pomegranate to this recipe, as it is a seasonal ingredient, and sometimes we don't know what to do with it, besides preparing the classic chiles en nogada, so let’s get to work!

Did you know? The pomegranate is a fruit rich in antioxidants and vitamins C, E, and K. It also helps improve digestion. Take advantage of the pomegranate season, which starts in July and ends in October, to include it in your meals!
