A salad with Christmas ingredients such as apple and walnut. Very rich in taste and special for these Christmas season.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 apples, red
  • 2 green apples
  • 1 cup almond, Crushed
  • 1 cup walnut, Crushed
  • 1 cup Red grapes
  • 3 butterhead lettuces
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, Acierto brand
  • 1 tablespoon sherry
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil, HEB brand
  • to taste black pepper

Preparation

Sanitize the lettuce in a container with water and white vinegar for 20 minutes.
Wash the fruit with water and dry.
Chop the apples into small cubes and place in a large bowl.
Chop the lettuce and add to the bowl.
Cut the grapes in half and add to the bowl.
Add the nuts to the bowl.
Make the vinaigrette with the balsamic vinegar, sherry, salt and pepper and mix until the salt is diluted. Then add the olive oil.
Pour the vinaigrette into the bowl with the salad and mix.

PRESENTATION

Serve the Christmas salad and decorate with dried fruit and rosemary leaves.
