Did you know that the Caesar salad was invented in Mexico? This dish was created by chef Caesar Cardini, who inspired and served this salad in Tijuana in 1924. It is usually made with lettuce, Parmesan cheese, croutons, and a very creamy dressing. Sometimes, it is served with chicken.
