The cobb salad is a classic salad that contains lettuce, avocado, chicken, bacon, egg and tomato. The recipe is accompanied by a roquefort cheese dressing.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 head of Romaine lettuce
  • 1 avocado semi mature
  • 4 cups of chicken boiled and cut into cubes
  • 6 slices of bacon cooked and chopped
  • 3 eggs hard cut in quarters
  • 3 tomatoes without seeds and cut into cubes
  • 1/4 of Cup of scallion finely chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of Roquefort cheese
  • 1/2 Cup of roquefort dressing

    Preparation

    Take a large platter for the salad and arrange the lettuce.
    On the lettuce make rows of the following ingredients: avocado, chicken, bacon, egg, tomato and cheese.
