The cobb salad is a classic salad that contains lettuce, avocado, chicken, bacon, egg and tomato. The recipe is accompanied by a roquefort cheese dressing.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • 1 avocado, semi mature
  • 4 cups chicken, boiled and cut into cubes
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 3 eggs, hard cut in quarters
  • 3 tomatoes, without seeds and cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cups chives, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups Roquefort cheese
  • 1/2 cups roquefort dressing

Preparation

Take a large platter for the salad and arrange the lettuce.
On the lettuce make rows of the following ingredients: avocado, chicken, bacon, egg, tomato and cheese.
