Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 Cup of couscous
  • 2 cups of Water
  • to taste of olive
  • 1 zucchini girl
  • to taste of lemon juice
  • to taste of Red bell pepper cortaditos
  • to taste of black pepper

    Preparation

    The couscous is put in a saucepan and the hot water is added. Cover and let it sponge.
    The zucchini and peppers are cut into small pieces.
    The couscous moves with a fork, add zucchini, olives, lemon, salt and pepper, olive oil and almonds (optional). It can be garnished with parsley.
