A very rich oriental salad that combines rice noodles with crab, cucumber and a dressing of rice vinegar that you will love. It is a very fresh dish, which makes it ideal for hot days.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 300 grams of rice noodle (rice noodles)
  • 3 cucumbers peeled and seedless
  • 5 sticks of surimi crab
  • 1 Cup of rice vinegar
  • 3 spoonfuls of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of sake
  • 1/2 tablespoon of Salt
  • to taste of sesame seed

Preparation

First cook the rice noodles in a large bowl with boiling water. Let the noodles cook and turn white, approx. 10 minutes. Drain the water and store the noodles.
Cut the cucumber and surimi bars into thin slices and add to the noodles, mix well.
In another refractory mix the vinegar, sugar, sake and salt and add to the salad. Mix everything well.
Sprinkle sesame seeds to taste, cover and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes before serving.

PRESENTATION

Serve on individual plates with chopsticks.

TIPS

This is a dish that tastes much richer if prepared the night before.
