Eating easy salads will never be the same again after tasting this Creamy Shrimp Salad recipe with a delicious Yogurt from Yoplait Greek® dressing with no added sugar. This easy salad can be prepared with onion, celery, cucumber, tomato, dill and some chilies to give it a spicy touch.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • enough of Water
  • enough of Salt
  • 800 grams of shrimp medium, peeled and clean
  • 1/4 of Cup of celery finely chopped, for the salad
  • 1/4 of Cup of red onion finely chopped, for the salad
  • 1/4 of Cup of cucumber finely chopped, for the salad
  • 1/4 of Cup of tomato for the salad
  • 2 spoonfuls of dill finely chopped, for the salad
  • 2 spoonfuls of mustard for the salad
  • 1 Cup of Natural Yoplait Greek Yogurt® no added sugar for the salad
  • 1/4 of Cup of cuaresmeño or jalapeño pepper finely chopped, for the salad
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt of celery, for the salad
  • 1 tablespoon of Tabasco sauce for the salad
  • enough of lettuce to serve

    Preparation

    Heat a pot over medium heat with the water bring to a boil, add salt and the shrimp. Once they have changed color, remove from cooking and dip them in a bowl with cold water and ice cubes. Strain and reserve.
    For the salad, in a bowl mix the shrimp with the celery, the purple onion, the cucumber, the tomato, the dill, the Natural Yogurt by Yoplait Greek Yogurt without added sugar, the mustard, the cuaresmeño pepper, the celery salt and Tabasco sauce. Serve the salad on a bed of lettuce and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Garnish with a little fresh dill.

    TIPS

    You can use pacotilla shrimp to speed up your process. It will be equally delicious.
