Preparation
Peel 5 cucumbers, first cutting the noses and rubbing them to eliminate the sour taste of it.
Cut the cucumbers vertically and remove the seeds from the center with a spoon. Cut the clean cucumber into cubes
Cut the salmon into strips and put the juice of half a lemon.
Add finely chopped lettuce, mix with cucumber, salmon, avocado and cherry tomatoes gently.
Add the olive oil vinaigrette, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
