Preparation
Cut the cucumbers in half and remove the seeds. Cut into cubes (originally the shell is left for this can be removed if desired).
Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds. Cut into cubes.
In a bowl, mix the tomatoes, cucumbers, chopped parsley, lemon juice, cumin, olive oil and salt.
Mix well and serve.
