Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 cup canned tuna, drained
  • 1 avocado, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cups celery
  • 2 tablespoons Chile chipotle milled
  • 1 cuaresmeño or jalapeño pepper, finely chopped
  • enough salt
  • enough black pepper

Preparation

On a board with the help of a peeler, cut the cucumber into thin slices.
