Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 pieces of scallion
  • 3 spoonfuls of Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 2 spoonfuls of White vinegar
  • 3 spoonfuls of cream
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 4 pieces of beefsteak tomato
  • to taste of black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 of piece of onion chopped

    Preparation

    Cut the tomatoes into thick slices.
    Add the chopped onion and chives.
    To make the dressing: brown the garlic and add to the rest of the ingredients (vinegar, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper).
    Beat the dressing until it is liquid (add vinegar until you reach this point).
    Bat the tomatoes with onion with the dressing

    PRESENTATION

    Serve on glass plates with coriander leaves.
