Preparation
Start by putting the cucumbers in a pan with the tablespoon of salt, let them drain for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile bake the Arabic bread until lightly toasted, remove from the oven and cut into strips or pieces.
In a deep bowl, mix the cucumbers, lettuce, tomato, scallion, parsley, coriander and mint.
In another bowl with a balloon whisk mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
Add the dressing to the salad, mix well and add the Arabic bread. Re-mix and serve.
