Nourishing and tasty light and fresh chicken salad for a hot day.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 breast, chicken cooked and cut in cubes
  • 1 zucchini, raw, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, seedless and chopped
  • 1/2 red onions, finely chopped (you can use radishes)
  • 2 cucumbers, boy, without seeds and chopped
  • mayonnaise, the needed
  • cream, in the same amount as mayonnaise
  • garlic salt
  • black pepper, freshly ground

Preparation

Put in a bowl the cucumbers, onion, zucchini, tomatoes, mayonnaise, cream and chicken and mix perfectly.
Season with garlic salt and pepper to taste.

PRESENTATION

You can serve it on a leaf of lettuce or accompany it with toast.

TIPS

Refrigerate at least half an hour before serving.
