Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 red apple
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 panela cheese, fresh or parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Preparation

Chop the apples, avocado and cheese in squares, stir in a dish and add the vinegar. Ready!!!

PRESENTATION

If you want a more formal or complete dinner, it is ideal as a garnish for grilled chicken.

TIPS

You can add lettuce and black olive for a more complete dish.
