The fruit salads are ideal both for breakfast and for dessert. In Colombia it is typical to find coffee shops where they sell those delicious salads accompanied by cheese, sauces and a rich scoop of ice cream. Well today we bring you this recipe for fruit salad with cheese and ice cream so you can get to know a bit of these rich Colombian traditions.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 pieces of green apple
  • 2 pieces of peach
  • 1/2 Cup of Strawberry
  • 1 piece of banana
  • 1 slice of papaya
  • 1/2 Cup of milk cream
  • 100 grams of Double cream cheese
  • 1 Cup of vanilla ice cream
  • 3 slices of pineapple

    Preparation

    To prepare this recipe, the first thing to do is to prepare all the ingredients, remember that if you want to put more fruit you can do it or if you do not like some you can remove it.
    In a large bowl place the banana cut into slices, the papaya cut into cubes and the pineapple in cubes.
    Add the strawberries cut into slices and the cubed peach, mix all the fruits.
    Now add the cream of milk to the fruit salad and add grated cheese to taste, mix very well.
    Serve and taste your fruit salad with cheese by adding a good scoop of vanilla ice cream and some apple hulls, if you wish you can add more grated cheese.
