Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberry, clean and in rooms
  • 1/3 cups red onion, slice
  • 6 cups Spring mix lettuce, (Italian, escarole), washed and disinfected
  • 60 grams goat cheese, fallen apart
  • 1 cup cheap shrimp, cooked and clean

Preparation

Beat the balsamic vinegar, honey, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
Add the strawberries and onion, let stand 15 minutes inside the refrigerator.
Arrange the lettuce in a large bowl with the cheese and pour the strawberry mixture and the dressing.
Stir gently.
Divide into plates and on top of each plate accommodate the shrimp.
