Ingredients: 2 tablespoons white vinegar; 1 1/2 teaspoons honey; 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil; 1/4 teaspoons salt; 1/2 teaspoons black pepper, freshly ground; 1 1/2 cups strawberries, cleaned and quartered; 1/3 cups red onion, slice; 6 cups mixed lettuce, (Italian, escarole), washed and sanitized; 60 grams goat cheese, crumbled; 1 cup pink shrimp, cooked and cleaned

Whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add the strawberries and the onion, let sit for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
