Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 oranges, peeled and sliced
  • 2 bananas, peeled, sliced ​​with a few drops of lemon
  • 1 cup strawberry, disinfected and cut
  • 1 cup green grapes, without seeds
  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 orange, its juice
  • 200 milliliters natural yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Preparation

Start by making the dressing by mixing orange juice, yogurt and honey in a blender.
Cut the pineapple in half lengthwise and with a knife pull out its pulp to leave the skin intact.
Cut the pineapple into pieces and in a large bowl mix with the orange, banana, strawberry and grape.

PRESENTATION

Place the mixture on the pineapple peels and serve with the yogurt dressing.
