Delicious fruit salad to enjoy with the family, containing mango, papaya, pineapple, apple and grapes. A rich way to eat with many colors and health benefits.

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of mango
  • 1 piece of papaya
  • 2 pieces of green apple
  • 1/2 piece of pineapple
  • 250 grams of green grape without seed
  • 400 milliliters of milk cream
  • to taste of nail
  • to taste of cinnamon
  • to taste of brown sugar

    Preparation

    Remove the peel and seed from previously washed fruits.
    The mango and papaya should be pierced together with cloves and cinnamon, then in another container, pierce the pineapple and apple together so that the apple does not rust.
    The peeled grapes are cut in half.
    In a large bowl place all the fruits add cream and mix.

    PRESENTATION

    Place on a plate accompanying your meats. Serve in a glass to eat alone.

    TIPS

    To set, you should place the fruit in a pot with a cup of water, add enough sugar, cloves and cinnamon and let it boil until the water reduces.
