Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/3 cups olive oil
  • 1/3 cups orange juice
  • 1/2 cups grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 teaspoons table salt
  • 1 cup papaya, Married in canes guys
  • 1 bitter orange, in segments
  • 1 grapefruit, in segments
  • 1 cup cucumber, peeled, seeded and in half moons
  • 2 cups watermelon, without seeds, in cubes guys
  • 2 cups cottage cheese, drained
  • 1/3 cups basil, whole

Preparation

Vinaigrette: in a bowl mix oil, salt and freshly squeezed orange juice and grapefruit.
Serve in a bowl or deep bowl the papaya, the segments of orange and grapefruit, cucumber, watermelon and cottage cheese.
Bathe with the vinaigrette and decorate with basil.
