Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1/2 red onions
  • 250 grams feta cheese
  • 1/2 cups black olives

Preparation

Cut the romaine lettuce into medium pieces and put it in a bowl.
Without peeling the cucumber, cut the cucumber into cubes and add them to the bowl.
Cut the tomato into thick slices and add them to the bowl.
Cut the purple onion into julienne strips and add them.
