Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 bag lettuce, fresh
  • 1/2 cups kalamata olive
  • 1/2 cups yellow bell pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomato, red
  • 1 cup cherry tomato, yellow
  • 1/2 cups red onion, sliced
  • 2 cups feta cheese
  • 1/2 cups lemon juice
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cups fresh oregano
  • 1/2 cups basil, cool
  • to taste black pepper
  • to taste table salt

Preparation

Place a bed of lettuce on a salad plate.
Add the olives, the yellow peppers, the red and yellow tomatoes, the purple onion, the oregano and the basil so that they can be seen with a nice presentation.
To prepare the dressing, add lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Stir well and then add the olive oil and emulsify the ingredients.
Sprinkle the feta cheese on each salad plate and bathe with the dressing.
