Ingredients: 2 cups bowtie pasta; 1 liter water; 1 tablespoon salt; 1 tablespoon olive oil; 1/4 cups balsamic vinegar, for the vinaigrette; 1 cup olive oil , for the vinaigrette; 1 tablespoon yellow lemon , for the vinaigrette; 1/4 cups bacon, finely chopped, for the vinaigrette; 1 tablespoon thyme, for the vinaigrette; 1 pinch oregano , for the vinaigrette; 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped, for the vinaigrette; 1 pinch salt; 1 pinch pepper; 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese, grated; 200 grams prosciutto; 1/2 cups black olives; 1/2 cups yellow bell pepper; 1 cup mozzarella cheese, in small balls; 1/4 cups red onion, sliced; 1 cup cherry tomato, cut in half; 2 cups arugula

Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling salted water. Drain the pasta and drizzle with olive oil. Set aside. enjoy. In a bowl, mix all the vinaigrette ingredients until you achieve a homogeneous mixture. Set aside.
