Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 bunch spinach, washed and disinfected
  • 1 bunch chard, washed and disinfected
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 cup chickpea, cooked
  • 1 cup black beans, cooked
  • 1/2 cups soybean germ
  • 1 cup edamame
  • 1/2 cups walnut, in pieces
  • 1 cup rice, Cooked
  • 1/3 cups olive oil
  • 1/3 cups citrus juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoons thyme

Preparation

Mix the rice, legumes, nuts and vegetables.
Make the dressing with oil, citrus juice and spices
Mix everything and serve.
