Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups cantaloupe, in small cubes
  • 1 cup carrot, grated
  • 1 cup sour cream, reduced fat
  • 1/2 cups pecan, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons bee honey
  • enough pecan, chopped
  • enough peppermint, leaves

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the melon with the carrot, the low-fat cream, the walnut and the honey until integrated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Serve in individual servings, garnish with walnut and mint leaves.
