Preparation
Empty the contents of the pasta salad in a 3-quart saucepan or pot; Fill it with water up to 2/3 of its capacity.
Boil without covering 12 minutes stirring occasionally.
Mix the sachet of the dressing mixture that comes in the bag with the cold water and oil in a large bowl; remove to the side.
Drain the pasta and pass it through cold water.
Shake a little to remove the rest of the water.
Empty into the mold where the dressing mixture is.
Add the imitation of crab and broccoli to the salad.
Before serving, add the croutons and the parmesan topping that comes in the pasta bag.
