Ingredients: 1 baguette, cut into cubes; 3 tablespoons olive oil; salt and pepper; paprika; oregano; water; 200 grams La Moderna® elbow pasta 3; 2 liters water, (1L per 100g pasta); 2 egg yolks, for the dressing; 1 clove garlic, finely chopped, for the dressing; 2 anchovy, for the dressing; 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, for the dressing; 1/2 cups lime juice, for the dressing; 1/2 teaspoons salt, for the dressing; 1/4 teaspoons white pepper, for the dressing; 1/2 cups olive oil, for the dressing; 1 Romaine lettuce; 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
