It is a modern soup of ammunition, made with basic ingredients that we have in our fridge and pantry easy to make, delicious, nutritious and economical, it is also a super elegant entrance, and that both adults and children will enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Pasta La Moderna®, ammunition
  • 3/4 cups natural yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoons mustard
  • 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • enough ketchup
  • 1/2 lettuce, to decorate
  • 1/2 jicama, to decorate
  • 2 carrots, to decorate

Preparation

We put in a pot to boil 1 1/2 liters of water, when boiling, add salt and pasta, cover and lower the heat, leave for about 15 minutes in the fire
Whisk the yogurt with mayonnaise, mustard and honey until completely integrated. We strain the pasta and add it to a glass bowl.
We add the yogurt mixture. We mount on a plate with a ring that I made with a can, I press very well and demolish.
Decorate with lettuce, carrot and jicama on a mirror of ketchup. It's a salad, which I put as a snack in my birthday meals.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate with pieces of pineapple in syrup, in case you do not like carrots.
