Pasta salad with kiwi, sausage, peanut, orange, beet and caramelized walnuts. This salad is something different that you have not tried; since it has a fruity flavor that you can not resist. It is very simple to do and you will surely love it.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 piece of Pasta La Moderna®
  • 2 pieces of Kiwi
  • 1 piece of sausage
  • 20 grams of nut Palaqueta or pralines
  • 1 piece of orange
  • 1 teaspoonful of ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of scallion
  • 1/2 Cup of sour cream
  • 2 grams of black pepper
  • 2 spoonfuls of BBQ sauce
  • 1 piece of beets little
  • 10 grams of sesame seed

    Preparation

    Cook the pasta as instructed in the package.
    Chop the kiwi in cubes
    Split the sausage into slices.
    Peel the orange and obtain the segments.
    Chop the chives.
    Chop the palaqueta, or pralines.
    Chop the ginger and grate the beet.
    In a pan brown the sausage with the BBQ sauce.
    Mix the pasta with the cream to taste and pepper.
    Add all the other ingredients except for the beet and sesame that are to decorate.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in salad bowl or individual portions and garnish on top with grated beetroot and sesame seeds.

    TIPS

    Do not add the beet beforehand if we do not want the whole salad to be painted. Spicy lovers could add a touch of chopped or powdered chili. The sliced ​​sausage can be substituted with chicken, ham according to taste.
