Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 packages El Moderna® elbow paste
  • 1 lettuce, cut into medium pieces
  • 1/2 boxes cherry tomato, cut in half
  • 1 cucumber, cut into slices
  • 100 grams mozzarella cheese, diced
  • 250 grams mushroom, cut into slices
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons pesto
  • enough olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Preparation

Ready the ingredients and place in a bowl.
Cook the pasta coditos or penne that are hard and fry them in very little olive oil with the Parmesan cheese so that they remain attached to the pasta, stirring constantly so that they remain crispy, just brown a little. Reservation.
