Pasta salad with pineapple to give it a sweet touch, 100 gr of bacon to highlight the taste of sweet, goat cheese and jingle bell pepper. You'll love it!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 Romaine orejonas
  • 300 grams pineapple
  • 4 cascabel chili peppers
  • 100 grams goat cheese, to the fine herbs
  • 250 grams pasta
  • 200 grams bacon
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Preparation

Boil the pasta in water with fine herbs as a condiment.
Fry the bacon in a pan until golden brown.
Disinfect lettuce.
Chop the pineapple and chili into small pieces.
After the lettuce has been disinfected, slice it into pieces. Chop the fried bacon into small pieces. Crumble goat cheese.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl: lettuce, bacon, pineapple, chili, pasta and cheese and mix with olive oil, balsamic oil and little pepper.
