Fresh salad for hot days, you will love how easy it is to prepare it but the best is the unrivaled flavor of this salad.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 package Pasta La Moderna®, of ammunition
  • 1 escarole lettuce
  • 200 grams panela cheese
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into cubes and without seed
  • 1 can pitted black olive, cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste salt, and pepper

Preparation

Cook the pasta "al dente". Drain and reserve.
Mix the pasta, lettuce, cheese, tomato and olives in an enveloping way.
Mix the olive oil with the balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.

PRESENTATION

It can be served as an entree or to accompany a grilled fish breast or fillet

TIPS

Add the vinaigrette just before serving the salad.
