Ingredients

8 portions
  • 220 grams elbow macaroni pasta, La Moderna®
  • 100 grams black olive
  • 100 grams baby spinach
  • 300 grams lettuce
  • 200 grams cherry tomato
  • 220 grams feta cheese
  • 200 grams cucumber, mini
  • 70 milliliters olive oil
  • 60 milliliters sauce, ponzu
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt, to taste
  • 1 pinch black pepper, to taste

Preparation

In two liters of boiling water, pour the La Moderna® macaroni and let it cook for 9 to 11 minutes and drain. Let cool, placing it in cold water.
Cut the black olives and the sliced ​​mini cucumber.
Cut the feta into squares.
For the vinaigrette mix the olive oil, ponzu sauce, and the lemon juice directly to the salad.
Mix all ingredients. Put salt and pepper to taste.
What do you expect your mouth watering!

PRESENTATION

Serve in a deep dish and cover with the vinaigrette.

TIPS

You can change for the avocado oil to change the flavor.
