  • 7 slices Ham
  • 250 grams Pasta La Moderna®, elbow # 2
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 11/2 potatoes
  • 16 cherry tomatoes
  • 6 carrots, grated
  • 2 cans tuna in water
  • to taste fresh cheese
  • to taste salt, and oregano
  • to taste olive oil
  • to taste dressing
  • 2 bay (laurel)


In a liter and a half of water add half onion with a bay leaf and let boil; We incorporate the pasta until it is "Dente" Approximately 13 to 17 minutes. Drain the pasta and cut the cooking with cold water.
