Exquisite cold summer pasta, with a variety of vegetables and tuna. It is a simple recipe that you can prepare at home and have as a result a surprising dish. Try it!

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 500 grams fusilli pasta
  • 1/2 cups red onion
  • 30 grams cherry tomato
  • 50 grams dried tomato
  • 30 grams green olive
  • 200 grams tuna
  • 20 milliliters olive oil
  • 15 milliliters vinegar
  • 15 milliliters balsamic vinegar
  • 2 grams salt
  • 2 grams black pepper
  • 1 lemon juice

Preparation

Boil the pasta al dente.
Chop the olives, onion, cherry tomatoes, some dehydrated tomatoes and add to the pasta
Add the tuna.
Add the vinegars, olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon.
Stir well and let cool in the refrigerator a few hours before eating.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a bowl.

TIPS

Pasta cooked al dente and preferably refrigerate 3 hours before eating. You can change the tuna for feta cheese or panela.
