This is a pasta version of one of my favorite salads to impress on all occasions, besides being very easy to make; just remember always that the ingredients must be fresh and of the best quality to have a splendid result. You will realize that the mixture of green vegetables with fruits accompanied by the walnut sauce can accompany an infinity of dishes or simply be a tasty snack and healthy.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 8 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 2 bunches spinach
  • 2 pears
  • 2 mangos
  • 250 grams strawberry
  • 50 grams candied lemon peel
  • 100 grams walnut
  • 1 can Nestle media creama
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1 package Pasta La Moderna®, elbow # 2
  • 10 milliliters vegetal oil
  • 1/4 teaspoons table salt
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation

First let's cook the pasta. We put to heat 4 liters of water, once it releases the boil we are going to add 10 ml of vegetable oil and 50 gr of sugar and the pasta, we are going to cook it for a period of 4 or 5 minutes, until when we try it with a firm texture cooked boil. Once this is done, we sprinkle it with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and reserve it to cool and not wither our vegetables.
It is very important to wash and disinfect the vegetables and fruits that we use in salads as a measure of prevention. Done this we are going to remove the white part from the lettuce leaves and we are going to split them in the middle, we are also going to remove the stem from the spinach only leaving the leaves; To present them we are going to leave with the hands to the size of our thumb and reserve.
It is time to prepare our dressing, for this we are going to put in the blender the can of half cream, the 50 gr of acitrón and the 100 grams of nuts until obtaining a kind of a little thick sauce.
We still have to prepare the fruit, for this we are going to peel in mango and we are going to cut it into 5mm squares on the side; to the strawberry we remove the leaves and we are going to cut it into quarters, finally the peron we cut it into segments.
Now it is time to assemble it, first we put a base of lettuce with spinach, then a portion of coditos, we add the segments of peron in a circular way as if we wanted to mark the hours in a clock and between each segment we put strawberries. in the central part we will place the mango squares. Finally we decorate with the walnut dressing and bathe with cinnamon powder.
Now to enjoy. Remember that I only make a suggestion of the presentation, you can accommodate it to your liking, the beauty of this salad are the colors that make it apart from the flavor you have, you will see that this dressing is wonderful and perfectly accompanies sweet and salty preparations .

PRESENTATION

If you want to add more contrast, you can put some black sesame to decorate and sunflower seeds praline. They will give you a very nice touch of flavor.

TIPS

If you want to turn this salad into something more consistent, you can add grilled chicken breast or panela cheese in squares. Also, if you are not going to consume it immediately, reserve the peron in a bowl of cold water and a few drops of lemon juice so that it does not become dark.
