Ingredients

1 portion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 package Pasta La Moderna®, screw
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • to taste olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt, and pepper
  • 1/2 carrots, grated
  • 1/4 beets
  • 2 branches parsley, finely chopped
  • to taste olive
  • 1/4 cups cashews, soaked all night.
  • 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoons apple vinegar
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt

Preparation

Wash perfectly the tomato and red pepper, and cut the top part, remove the seeds. Put them in a baking tray, and season them with olive oil, salt and pepper
Boiled Pasta Modern Screw with salt, and pepper for 15 minutes. Mix the vegetables and pasta
Blend all the ingredients, if it requires more water to give it texture, add water by spoonfuls.

PRESENTATION

Fill the tomatoes and peppers with the previously mixed pasta and cream. Serve and enjoy.
