Preparation
For the sauce, in a small pot fill 2/3 parts of water and boil it with 1 small chicken soup, 1 teaspoon of salt, ¼ onion, 1 clove of garlic, 2 tomatoes and 1 wide chili (already washed without seeds). Boil 10 minutes at normal heat.
Then in the blender we will liquefy all this. (Eye not all the broth of the pot is emptied only a ¼ part so that the sauce is not too watered down, if you see that it is very thick you are adding little by little).
For the pasta, in a medium saucepan, fill 2/3 parts of water and boil 1 square of chicken broth, a teaspoon of salt, ¼ onion, 1 clove of garlic, 1 sprig of celery, Tip! If you add a handful of fine herbs, it will taste better. Once the water has been boiled with these ingredients, add the Spaghetti De Luigi La Moderna® and let it simmer for 10 to 15 minutes under low heat, make sure it does not stick to the bottom of the pot and move gently so as not to beat the pasta. Immediately turn off the heat and let it stand for another 5 minutes. Strain and rinse with cold water.
The clean pot is dried perfectly to prepare the pasta. We take 20 grams of butter with a little finely chopped onion and 2 cloves on medium heat. We season for about 5 minutes. Once seasoned, we remove the cloves and empty the pasta and mix well with the butter and seasoned onion. Then we put a sieve and empty the sauce until it is covered perfectly. We add the grated Manchego cheese and mix, let it cook over low heat for about 5 minutes. Always watch that the pasta does not stick. After this time your pasta is ready!
For the salad, add some butter and pepper to the sliced mushrooms. We are going to steam them in a steamer for about 5 minutes (eye we can put our steamer when it is cooking our pasta on top of the pot)
On the plate where we are going to present our salad, we put a bed of spinach, then we put our mushrooms steamed with a few pieces of apple. Then add the pasta and finally the peach, some blueberries and a bit of sesame. And that's it! Yummi Yumi our salad was delicious.
